As part of our Safety & Wellness Program, we are encouraging employees to support lifesaving efforts in their communities by donating blood. Blood donations play a critical role in emergency response, trauma care, and medical treatments.
To recognize this important contribution, eligible employees can earn a HIP incentive for donating blood.
HIP Incentive Details
$10 HIP credit for each blood donation
Limit: Three (3) donations per calendar year
Maximum: $30 annually
Donations may be made at any approved blood donation location.
Acceptable Documentation
To receive HIP credit, employees must provide documentation showing that a blood donation was completed. Acceptable documentation includes:
Donor receipt
Confirmation email
Verification slip from the donation center
How to Submit for HIP Reimbursement
To submit your blood donation documentation, follow the steps below in Paycom:
Log in to Paycom
Navigate to Ask Here (? upper right-hand corner)
Select New Message
Choose Safety Wellness Program
Select HIP Incentive Request (Completed Activity)
Attach your blood donation documentation
Complete and submit the message
Once submitted, HR will review and verify your documentation. After approval, the HIP credit will be applied.

Employees should follow all health and safety guidelines related to blood donation
