    For anyone who’s had unauthorized charges on their debit/credit cards, they know what a hassle it is to get everything figured out. Can’t be too careful with personal information nowadays!

    Past due bills & unknown calls seem to be the ones I hear about the most. Especially scary for people that don't know these are common scams.

    That is why I do not like to use unsecured Wi-Fi to log into apps like paycom for example.

    The best way to prevent from becoming a victim to identity theft is to “freeze” your credit in the 3 major credit bureaus! Make an online account at Experian, Equifax, and Trans Union for free! Its basically the same thing as “locking your credit” without paying for it😉! Someone stole my identity before and it's horrible to go through!
