🎉Safety BINGO Guidelines & Rules – HR4U

Welcome to Fabiano Brothers Safety BINGO! Safety BINGO is a fun way to stay engaged in safety and wellness while working together toward our goal of no work-related injuries.

Purpose of the Game

The purpose of Safety BINGO is to encourage employees to stay engaged in safety and wellness while working together toward the goal of no work-related injuries.

For each weekday there is no work-related injury, $1 is added to the jackpot, up to the predefined cap for that game.

How to Play in Crowdpurr

Go to crowd.live.
Enter the correct game code for your Bingo group.
Watch for called numbers and mark your card.

Tip: When a number is called that appears on your Crowdpurr card, the square will move or “dance” to help you spot it. You still need to click or tap the square to mark it on your card.

BINGO Groups

Employees should play in the correct BINGO group based on their location and role. Use the BINGO game page for your location to find your group, game code, and card link.

Bay City / Indian River: Warehouse, Delivery, Sales & Merch, and All Others
Detroit: Operations and Sales, Merch, All Others
Wisconsin: Operations and Sales/Admin

How Numbers Are Called

HR calls one BINGO number each weekday.
No numbers are called on weekends.
Called numbers are available in Crowdpurr and may also be posted on the HR4U BINGO pages.

How to Win

You get BINGO when you have five marked squares in a row horizontally, vertically, or diagonally.

The first employee to get BINGO and notify HR within 24 hours wins.

To qualify, you must:

Be current with all Monthly Safety & Wellness programs on a consistent basis.
Be injury-free during the current game period.
Use the correct BINGO game/card for your location and group.

Missed Monthly Safety & Wellness programs cannot be completed later just to qualify after getting BINGO.

When You Get BINGO

If you get BINGO, notify HR within 24 hours by emailing hr4u@fabianobrothers.com or through Paycom’s Ask Here.

HR will verify the BINGO, confirm eligibility, and determine the winner based on the program rules.

Important Notes

Crowdpurr may show points or rankings, but Safety BINGO winners are not determined by points.
The winner is based on the first eligible employee to get BINGO and notify HR within 24 hours.
If multiple employees BINGO at the same time, HR will review and confirm the winner based on the rules.
If there is no winner after 45 days of play, the game may reset.
