Welcome to the Fabiano Brothers BINGO game! Here’s everything you need to know to participate, win, and keep the fun going.

Purpose of the Game

The purpose of Safety Bingo is to encourage employees to stay engaged in safety and wellness while working together toward the goal of no work-related injuries.

For each weekday there is no work-related injury, $1 is added to the jackpot, up to a predefined cap.

To be eligible to win Bingo, employees must be:

Current with monthly Safety & Wellness programs on a consistent basis
Injury-free during the current game period

Employees must stay current as the programs are assigned. Missed monthly programs cannot be completed later just to qualify after a Bingo win.

📝 How to Join

Watch for an email with subject line starting: “Fabiano Brothers BINGO Card”
Or, check this page on the HR4U site - BINGO GAME START DATES
Open the email or HR4U link, then click to generate your card via Bingo Baker.
Save your BINGO card’s URL.
Only one card generated is valid.
Delete the email after saving your card link.

🎯 How to Play

Daily Numbers are drawn by HR every Monday–Friday and posted to the online BINGO board.
You are responsible for checking your card on a daily basis.

🏆 How to Win

You get a BINGO when you have five numbers in a row — horizontally, vertically, or diagonally.

To be eligible:

Be injury-free during the current game.
Be actively working (not on leave of absence).
Participate in the monthly safety & wellness programs.

🛎 When You BINGO

Notify HR within 24 hours using:
- Paycom Ask Here, or
- Email: hr4u@fabianobrothers.com
If someone else BINGOs first using the same number, they win.
Multiple winners? The jackpot is split equally.
A new game begins the next workday with the same jackpot total.

💰 Jackpot Details

Starts with the previous game’s final jackpot.
Grows by $1 each day without an injury.
If there is an injury requiring outside medical care, the jackpot drops to $25.
Each group has a maximum jackpot cap.
