NEW: Effective 1/1/2024, for any BINGO game that does not have a BINGO after 45 days, that game will reset, and a new game will begin. The jackpot will remain the same, but you must generate a new BINGO card to play the latest game.

BINGO is played by all employees online using "BINGO BAKER" and their email.  An employee's position and location determine their BINGO group.   All employees, full-time & part-time, can play.   

Breakdown of BINGO Games -

1. Warehouse Department (anyone assigned to a position in the warehouse). 
2. Delivery Department (all beer delivery truck drivers). 
3. Operations (all operational employees in Wisconsin only)
4. Sales & Merchandisers (all sales & merchandising employees). 
5. All Others (Administrative, IT department, Inventory, Supervision). 
6. Part-Time Employees (all part-time employees in Wisconsin only)

At the start of a new BINGO game, employees receive an email with the subject line starting with "Fabiano Brothers BINGO Card" which includes a URL to generate one BINGO card. After you create the card, you need to save that card's URL and delete the email mentioned above.

Each BINGO board (sent via email) includes the link to the BINGO CARD Generator URL for each game on the bottom of the board. If you previously generated a BINGO card, don't generate another one—the oldest card defaults if multiple cards exist for the same person. After you generate your card, you must save that URL to check your numbers.

HR draws a number each workday and places it on the online virtual board (see above for BINGO boards). Employees should check their Bingo cards frequently, preferably once daily, every Monday - Friday.

HOW DO YOU BINGO!  - A BINGO occurs whenever an employee's card has five numbers in a row, vertically, horizontally, or diagonally.  To be eligible to win Bingo, you must be current in participating in the monthly safety & wellness programs, be injury free for the current BINGO game, and be actively at work (not on any leave of absence during that game).

WHEN YOU BINGO!  - Notify HR via Paycom Ask Here or hr4u@fabianobrothers.com within 24 hours of your BINGO.   If you notice a BINGO with an older number, you can report it to HR.   But, if someone bingos with that day's number, you forfeit the winnings.  When multiple bingos happen, HR splits the Jackpot equally.  

The next workday after a winner is confirmed, a new game begins; the previous game's final jackpot becomes the new game's starting jackpot.

WHEN THERE IS AN INJURY- If an injury results in medical attention outside of first aid, the Jackpot reduces to $25. Each day there is no injury, the Jackpot grows by $1 up to the group's maximum.
