How to create your BINGO Card-

1. Generate your BINGO card using the provided link below for your work department.

2. Bookmark or email yourself the unique card URL — this will be your card for the entire game.

3. Check BINGO numbers each workday at BINGO NUMBERS - BAY CITY & PETOSKEY and open your unique card to mark any matches. Your card is saved automatically when you update using your Bingo card URL.  Alternatively, you can print your card and manually mark the numbers. 

4. When you get BINGO and are current with Safety & Wellness programs, email your card to: hr4u@fabianobrothers.com.
