Extenuating circumstances aside, why would anyone choose to NOT wear their seatbelt??

My best friend's dad passed away years ago because he wasn't wearing a seatbelt in a freeway accident. BUCKLE UP--NO EXCEPTIONS!
I know a lot of people hate it, but I appreciate the beeping newer vehicles do when you try driving while not buckled up.

My seat belt saved my life! Never get in the car without one now!
My son will be getting his license in the fall. I was happy to show him that, even as seasoned adults, we still need and use reminders. Thank You!
With driving a semi you're taught to have a routine/habits everytime you get in the truck. The seatbelt always goes on before I release the brakes.
After being in a serious head on accident some yrs ago I always wear my belt. You never know what can happen
