When you feel overwhelmed, take a deep breath and slow down. Â Stress can be managed easier than you think.
Deep breaths and try to relax it’s all going to work out.
I agree with Anne Marie, step back, slow down, take a deep breath and re-evaluate the situation.
Remember that at the end of the day, it’s just beer and any of our problems can be fixed!
