    Taking an extra minute to position yourself right is key.  You will thank yourself when you are older--Trust me!

    Don’t be the hero and try to lift by yourself!
    Ask for some help if something is awkwardly shaped or to heavy.

    Take your time and lift the correct way. A lifetime of back pain is not worth a quick shortcut.

    Please avoid “lifting while twisting", I pulled my back muscle by twisting while picking up an empty pallet and was in pain for a week! 🥺
