I took a CPR class many moons ago, probably time to retake and brush up!  

The sun will get you even if it is not a super hot day!  Sunscreen up or stay in the shade :)

Taking an extra minute to position yourself right is key.  You will thank yourself when you are older--Trust me! 

When you feel overwhelmed, take a deep breath and slow down.  Stress can be managed easier than you think.

Every day should be treated like Earth Day!  Future generations of our families need us to pay attention to our actions.  

Stay focused and be patient!  We don't need to multi-task and be in a hurry every minute of the day--ESPECIALLY when you  are behind the wheel!

Stay focused!  Hands free does not always mean distraction free.

These potholes are brutal!  You have to be on your game and pay attention at all times.  

Another part of being prepared is having the basics in case of power outage--like drinking water, a little cash, and gas in the tank.  

My best friend's dad passed away years ago because he wasn't wearing a seatbelt in a freeway accident.  BUCKLE UP--NO EXCEPTIONS!
