It's ok not to answer a text or call right that minute. It can wait til you pull over. Just train yourself to put your phone away while driving.  

Everyone makes mistakes but a quick proof read on an email before sending or a double check on a customer's order can make a big difference and eliminate a lot of confusion. 

Stay in the shade and hydrate.  Also please be careful with those fireworks! 

Stay focused and be patient with other drivers/bikers/pedestrians etc.--even if they are not doing the same!  

Housekeeping also includes keeping food and food trash in the kitchen and break areas. Rodents will find the smallest crumbs and set up shop.  

I took a CPR class many moons ago, probably time to retake and brush up!  

The sun will get you even if it is not a super hot day!  Sunscreen up or stay in the shade :)

Taking an extra minute to position yourself right is key.  You will thank yourself when you are older--Trust me! 

When you feel overwhelmed, take a deep breath and slow down.  Stress can be managed easier than you think.

Every day should be treated like Earth Day!  Future generations of our families need us to pay attention to our actions.
