Taking my dogs for an evening walk is a very calming way to end the day. 

This is one of those situations where you really need to think about others safety as well as your own. 

Anyone else over this summer heat? I'm ready for fall! 

I talk on the phone a lot at work (as I'm sure most of us do) so it's really nice to go home & not have to think about it.

It's a very easy concept everyone should follow.

If you're drinking in this heat, be conscious of dehydration. Drink your water as well. 

And put your phone down! This cannot be said enough. 

Not only is this helpful for work, but also at home for basements & garages.

I'm surprised CPR isn't taught in school (at least it wasn't in my tiny small town school).
