You have to keep your head on a swivel, especially around school zones. Slow down and take your time.

We should all pay attention to our surroundings wherever we are and look out for each other.

For those that call on accounts that have walk in coolers, there’s no better place to cool down for a few minutes.

Take your time lifting and don’t over do  it. It’s not worth it to lift to much so you can get the job done quicker.

When I see trash along the road or in parking lots I wonder if the people who threw the trash out treat there home the same way. Very sad.
