Another great reason to stay in the moment! 

It is always a good idea to take time to, “stay in the moment” not just for your safety but also for your well being!!

Also, don't forget sunblock! Nobody wants a sunburn.

Watch your steps! I fell and broke my knee last winter slipping on some water that I didn't see… it happens!!
